Beta 0.3.13 Update


New Features:

-Many weapons now have select fire modes activated by the X key.

-If you have a flashlight equipped, you can now use it in your offhand when wielding one-handed weapons.

-New Night vision scoped weapons.

-Added Thermometer item that can be used to tell how sick the player is.

-Added new medicine types.

-Land Mines and IEDs placed by the player now save on level transition.

-If there are items in the transition area when exiting a level, a screen will appear that allows you to pick them up.

-New content like dungeons, artifacts and armor.

-New dynamic environmental hazards.

-New player customization options and armor models by Tea-Loving Lad.

-New player Attributes.



Changes:

-EMP Devices now have added functionality.

-Added more armor and weapons to Observatory Shop pool.

-Fixed hard-coded text to make it more easy to localize.

-Added more Freelancers to the Observatory base.

-Added mushroom spawns to levels that were lacking them.

-Bandages found while looting are likely to be dirty. They will need to be cleaned before use or else risk getting sick.

-Secure Lockers now have better loot.

-Equipment slots now display their key binds.

-Added confirmation pop-up before opening/consuming important quest items.

-Player head lamp now uses the correct relative location based on the headgear’s model.

-Lamps, lanterns and fuel containers now spawn Molotov-like fires when exploding.

-Made pump shotguns cycle faster.

-Holding the reload key to check ammo now works on pure Eather weapons.

-Attempting to pry open an unlocked door will now result in the door opening normally.

-When accepting a quest you have already completed, the option to turn it in will immediately become available.

-Gave some monster enemies new unique combat barks.

-Changed the name of 'Pigmy' to 'Wight' in order to no longer associate this NPC with the real-world baggage of the former term.

-Replaced mannequin with wood board in tutorial for melee.

-Certain monsters like not-deer will no longer stagger on crits and get stun-locked.

-Sprinting now cancels leaning and vice versa.

-Leaning now lowers move speed.

-Reworked some weapon sights for improved visibility.



Bug Fixes:

-Yet more typos have been quelled!

-Fixed issues with mushroom spawning.

-You can no longer use consumables while under water.

-Taking hydrophobic damage from rain will no longer cancel aiming.

-Power boxes and cultist altars should now take explosion damage correctly.

-UI now correctly remembers the mouse position on resolutions other than 1920x1080.

-Fixed the damage model on pipe bombs; radius and max damage values were previously swapped.

-Fixed shops and traders with long names breaking the UI layout.

-Fixed a bug where the underwater post processing effect could sometimes persist after the player emerged from the ocean.

-Fixed a bug where the world map would not be displayed after accepting a quest.

-Fixed a UI bug where right clicking on the exact frame that the cursor left an item card would open a context menu targeting a null item.

-Fixed a stuck spot in the back of a truck on "South Bend".

-Adding or removing the haggler perk will now immediately update prices in the shop screen.

-Key mappings will now initialize correctly on the main menu, even when no config was present.

-Addressed issue where Boat Man would detect phantom contraband in the player's inventory.

-The player no longer loses Insurrection rep when other damage sources destroy fuel tanks in Gold Wood.

-It should no longer rain indoors in The Wall.

-Fixed detached tac-light on Scoped RH-55.

-Fixed the hit-box of the crafting bench so that items no longer get stuck in it.

-Shielded NPCs are no longer permanently immune to explosions.

-Fixed weapon loot pool for lab dungeons.

-Fixed Stun Baton not being able to burn away cob webs.
