Development Paused
I have decided to pause development on Avarice The Machinescape until further notice.
The decision was not made lightly, however I simply lack the drive to work on it at all these days.
In the last few months I've been going through a pretty rough family crisis that has resulted in a sudden change of residence and all in all a tremendous upset to my life.
Now that things have settled down, I'm in a better living situation for the most part, but I am frankly in no head-space for making a horror game, especially not one that I was already loosing interest in developing.
I also just want to move along into a much more substantial passion project that I've been mulling over in my head for the better part of a year. You'll start seeing devlog posts for that soon, I already have some footage on my youtube.
Don't worry about me btw, I'm fine; I just wanted to clear the air about Avarice just so I wasn't leaving anyone in the dark about where I was going next.
I may return to it one day, when and if I can find the inspiration to finish it, but nothing is certain with that right now.
Thank you for your patience, and I'm sorry to anyone who's disappointed by this news.
Its a weird time for everyone right now.
I'll keep you posted.
